Through NetOne Dental, the practice can offer temporary and/or full-time positions to Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Front Office staff.
NetOne Dental operates on a subscription basis, allowing the practice unlimited shift and full-time job postings per month; no more hassle of paying for each posting.
A membership with NetOne Dental includes access to automation technology that quickly locates professionals for temporary shifts, reducing downtime. Practices can post unlimited temporary or full-time positions and have access to a national job board, along with complete access to all NetOne Dental professionals within a 100-mile radius.
Complete access means a practice can view full profiles and photos and directly communicate through text, email, or call any professional within 100 miles. They can also send offers for shifts or permanent roles to an individual, selected group, or all professionals.
If the practice currently has an easy payroll system, you can continue to pay your temporary professional staff directly. If not, or if you don’t want to add a new professional to the payroll system, NetOne can handle payroll. If NetOne Dental is tasked with payment, a nominal fee of 9% per hour is charged to cover taxes and administrative expenses.
No hiring fees are charged. If a practice wishes to permanently hire a professional initially brought in for a temporary role through NetOne Dental, they can do so without any additional costs. This also applies to positions advertised on our National Job Board.
Only professionals who have passed a thorough vetting process, including background and license checks, are eligible to apply for shifts or permanent positions.
For the practice Favorites, shift acceptance is instantaneous. For other professionals, the practice may choose to conduct an interview or proceed to extend a shift offer based on the professional’s established profile.
