For the practice Favorites, shift acceptance is instantaneous. For other professionals, the practice may choose to conduct an interview or proceed to extend a shift offer based on the professional’s established profile.
NetOne Dental operates on a service fee basis, allowing the practice unlimited shift and full-time job postings per month; no more hassle of paying for each posting. Practices will be charged a service fee (based on pay rate/salary) for each temporary shift or permanent placement.
A NetOne Dental account gives practices access to innovative technology that quickly locates professionals for temporary shifts. There is no need to review countless profiles to find a professional available at the right rate. NetOne Dental’s technology will do that for you so you can focus on other activities…therefore reducing the practice downtime. Practices can post unlimited temporary or full-time positions. NetOne Dental practices can view NetOne Dental professionals within a 100-mile radius.
Complete access means a practice can view full profile, photo, reviews, mark as a favorite, block, and add notes for each professional within 100 miles.
Temporary professionals hired through NetOne Dental are W2 employees of NetOne Dental, saving practices the hassle of onboarding, taxes, and payroll. NetOne will charge the practice a service fee based on the temporary professional’s hourly rate.
Only professionals who have passed a thorough vetting process, including license and certification checks, are eligible to apply for shifts or permanent positions.
NetOne Dental will not send a new temporary professional to your office that you have not had the opportunity to interview. The practice will have the option to interview all potential shift professionals before sending an offer.
Through NetOne Dental, the practice can offer temporary and/or full-time positions to Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Front Office staff.
